94-02 DODGE DIESEL TRUCK L6-5.9L (td)This package combines the Pro-GUARD 7 Stage-2 Sealed intake system with a Heater Grid Delete Spacer. Fully enclosed in a roto-molded plastic housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features an auxiliary inlet duct for better airflow as well as molded cover that insulates against heat and sound. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.The heater grid spacer replaces the restrictive factory electric heater and improves the air flow to the intake manifold for increased boost, performance and improved throttle response. This grid delete spacer is designed to make it easy to re-install the factory unit during extreme cold weather for easy start-up.
