07-11 JEEP WRANGLER (JK) V6-3.8LThis Stage-2 Sealed intake system for the Jeep Wrangler JK produces 7max horsepower and 10lbs. per ft. torque while outflowing the factory intake by 50%. Fully enclosed in a heat-shielding black roto-molded housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features auxiliary inlet duct for better airflow as well as an attractive brushed aluminum cover that provides ready access to the filter for servicing. This intake system also features a heat-insulating black roto-molded tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased airflow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.Fully Sealed Design – aFe engineers have designed a very sophisticated 2-piece sealed intake housing that keeps out warm underhood air and brings in cooler, outside air for a denser intake charge.5-1/2" 360 Degree Air Filter – This intake utilizes 5-1/2" Pro DRY S performance air filters for maximum flow. This 3-layer progressive, non-oiled synthetic air filter requires no oils for cleaning for maximum convenience.Dyno Tested Intake Tube – The intake tube is designed to maximize air velocity and is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum performance, mileage and throttle response.Brushed Aluminum Top – To add a touch of style to your Wrangler JK, the engineers at aFe Power have added a clear coat anodized brushed aluminum top with aFe urocal.Hassle-Free Installation – aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation that utilizes all factory mounting locations.This intake is 50-state legal (C.A.R.B.
