04.5-05 GM DIESEL TRUCK V8-6.6LThe aFe intercooler tube represents the next generation of Diesel performance products. This tube outflows the factory intercooler tube by 40%. Included are two 1/8" NPT bungs for additional sensor or injection ports.Perfect Fit:Tube comes complete with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation.Flow and Performance:The intercooler tube is constructed of 3" mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s.Installation is a snap: Utilizing the factory mounting locations provides stability and a hassle-free installation.This intercooler tube is 50-state legal for 2001-2005 models (CARB E.O Number D-550-8).*Most of the images provided are for illustration purposes only and
