Other features included are a 3-angle adaptor for increased air velocity and a heat-insulating black powder-coated aluminum tube that connects to the factory air intake tract. Within 15 minutes you can transform your F150's nature from stock to mild performer.Manifold Air Pressure Sensor – In 2012 Ford began using a Manifold Air Pressure (MAP) sensor instead of a Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF). This intake is designed specifically to be used with the factory MAP sensor. 5-1/2" Conical Filter with Inverted Top- This intake utilizes a huge, 5-1/2" oval conical Pro DRY S performance air filter with inverted top for maximum flow.
