01-04 GM DIESEL TRUCK V8-6.6L (td) LB7This Stage 2 cold air intake system produces 12 HP and 28 lbs. x ft. of torque and outflows the factory intake by 42%. Enclosed in a durable 18 gauge, powder-coated heat shield; this air intake system features a massive 6" base x 7" height filter with a 4" flange washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract with a built in mass air flow sensor pad that directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. One-piece heat shield requires little or no assembly and the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.3" 360 Degree Air Filter: A 3" 360 degree conical air filter is used for maximum air flow and filtration (99.7% efficient). The patented Pro-GUARD 7 performance air filter features 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze and 2-layers of synthetic media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.One-Piece Filter Housing: The air filter is housed in a one-piece, black powdercoated 18-gauge heat shield. This one-piece heat shield uses factory mounting locations for a hassle free installation.Dyno Tested Intake Tube: The intake tube is designed to maximize air velocity and is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum performance, mileage and throttle response.This intake is 50-state legal (CARB E.O Number D-550-4).*Most of the images
