03-07 FORD DIESEL TRUCK V8-6.0L (td)This awesome new Stage 2 Sealed intake produces up to 19HP and 114 lbs. x ft. torque, and outflows the factory intake by up to 119%. Fully enclosed in a covered molded plastic housing; this sealed air intake system features a washable/reusable high flow conical "oiled" performance air filter that provides maximum protection with highest cumulative filtration efficiency for severe duty environments. The housing features an attractive black diamond plate cover with a laser-cut logo name plate that provides ready access to the filter for servicing and an aggressive style. This intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract all the way to the turbo and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. This intake comes with the patented Pro-GUARD 7 performance air filter that features 5-layers of progressive cotton gauze and 2-layers of synthetic media. The Pro-GUARD 7 filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
